Return/Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to exchange/return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
ONLINE EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND POLICY
Refunds are permitted ONLY on regular price merchandise within a strict 7 days and returned back with the same form of payment (Canada) and/or 10 days (U.S.) from the date you receive your order. Regular priced merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Item eligible for exchange or refund must have the tags on, and returned in the same condition it was received. Items cannot be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
The following items are FINAL SALE:
- Sale items
- Accessories (scarves, hats, sunglasses, lingerie, bathing suits, purses, and jewelry)
- Promotional merchandise
Exchanges and/or returns made within the required time of receiving your merchandise will be inspected for approval, and you will be notified once the exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for this process to be completed. For refunds, once items have been approved, the funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Exchange or refund requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and sent back at owner's expense.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Follow these steps if you would like to make a return:
• Email us at harlequin.collection.ca@gmail.com with the following information: -
• Full Name, Phone Number, Address, Order Number, Items being returned. Please add the tracking number of the returning package. Shipping costs on returned items will be at the expense of the customer.
HOW TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE IN PERSON
Follow these steps if you would like to make a return:
• Email us at harlequin.collection.ca@gmail.com with the following information: -
• Full Name, Phone Number, Address, Order Number, Items being returned Or exchanged, please indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for.
We will arrange a time that works for both parties!
Things to keep in mind
• We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen while in transit
• We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
• You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. This cost is non-refundable
• We are not responsible for any additional charges/customs upon return. The amount charged will be deducted from the refundable amount
